The villa Cap Kana can accommodate 14 people, ideal for 3 families.
The spacious and warm living room is composed of a large dining table and a lounge area with 2 sofas facing a beautiful fireplace. It opens onto two terraces. One opens onto the heated and secured swimming pool (motorized above-ground security shutter), and the landscaped garden. The other opens onto a bowling green.
And for those who prefer the indoor quietness to read, watch TV, or telework in peace, the mezzanine is the dream place.
Kitchens:
- a very nice interior kitchen, fully equipped and open to the dining room.
- an outside kitchen with a "Forge de l'Adour" plancha and a "Weber" gas barbecue, located on the pool side, fully shaded and illuminated at night.
- a charcoal barbecue area on the bowling green side.

The night quarters comprise 4 bedrooms:
-Cape Town double bedroom. South Africa atmosphere (double bed 160cm). It has a shower room and an adjoining walk-in closet.
-Cape York bedroom, with a surfing atmosphere and a tropical feel of northeastern Australia (two separate 90cm beds that can be moved closer together).
-Cap Cod bedroom, cozy and warm, inspired by the northeast coast of the United States (double bed 140cm).
-Cap Sim bedroom, bright and oriental, plunges you into the Mogador blue of western Morocco (double bed 160cm).

These 4 beautiful rooms have a shower room, a bathroom and a separate wc.
In the basement, you will find a beautiful bright and friendly space, equipped with a foosball, a billiard table and a video game area (PS4).

Adjacent to this space is a large dormitory with 6 single beds (90cm) and a bathroom. This space extends outside with a terrace equipped with a ping-pong table.
Ideally located, in a quiet area, the villa Cap Kana will allow you to reach, 7-min walk away, the village of Grand Piquey with many shops and notably the famous bakery Chez Pascal and its coveted White Dunes!

For the beach, you will have the choice between the "Arcachon bay side" (10 minutes walk) near the landing stage of Grand Piquey (possible departure for Arcachon by cab boat) or the "Ocean side" at the "Truc Vert" beach (15 minutes by bike).
You will quickly reach many bicycle paths and forest walks.
