This pleasant villa with private Jacuzzi and large heated swimming pool, located in a 4-star residence close to one of the most famous beaches in southern Corsica, welcomes you for a vacation dedicated to serenity.

A 5-minute walk from the heavenly beach of Cala Rossa, located in the Gulf of Porto Vecchio, you will find restaurants, you can do your shopping in the various small local shops or rent bikes available within the Residence.

This 84sqm villa is very functional and can accommodate up to 6 guests and a baby.

It is composed on the 1st floor: an entrance with a large storage space, a laundry room, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. You then enter a beautiful living area with an American kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, blender and beautiful equipment for preparing delicious meals as well as a baby kit. A dinner table seats up to 6 guests.

The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable convertible sofa for 2 guests, armchairs, a flat screen TV and high-speed WI-FI. This living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a large table for 6 guests, garden furniture, a splendid 6-seater massage spa, all in a small garden with trees and deckchairs.

From the living room you go up to 2 large bedrooms equipped with storage space and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The very spacious master bedroom is equipped with a 180 x 200cm king-size bed and an office space.
The bay window opens onto a second large terrace equipped with a table and two chairs, and a view of the countryside.

The second bedroom is equipped with two 90 x 200cm beds that can be transformed into a King size bed.

Services, cleaning, sheets and linen are mandatory to facilitate the stay of our tenants. They appear in the additional costs.
