The SCI Villa Standing offers you this little corner of Mediterranean-style paradise, fully renovated and comfortable, on the 2nd floor with elevator of a secure residence, with 4 beds, for a wonderful beachfront vacation, close to the village center, shops, and restaurants. The beach is directly opposite the residence.

A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, crepe maker, etc.

A light-filled living room with a convertible corner sofa and premium mattress topper (140x190cm bed), coffee table, wall-mounted 43" 4K Smart TV (Netflix, MyCanal, YouTube), a Murphy bed (140x200cm bed), reversible air conditioning, and very high-speed fiber optic internet connection.

A modern bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, mirror, wall-mounted toilet, and hairdryer.

The exceptional loggia with its contemporary table and four chairs, a cozy corner with a bench seat, two comfortable armchairs, and a coffee table for spending time with friends or family, with a sublime sea view.

Important: Linens are not included. Bed linen and bath towels can be provided for your stay by renting them directly from our on-site concierge for only €15/person. Unless otherwise agreed with our concierge, you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

Rentals are available year-round from 3 nights, and only from Saturday to Saturday during the high season (April to September). Discounted rates apply from 2 weeks during the high season.
