Beautifully renovated granite house, about 170 m² (1,830 sq ft), sleeping up to 11 guests, with Wi‑Fi. The house is just a 5‑minute walk from the port and town centre, and 15 minutes on foot from the TGV train station (year‑round service).
It is set in a quiet area with no overlooking neighbours.

The property sits in a large enclosed, tree‑filled garden of around 1,700 m² (18,300 sq ft).
You can find a private parking for several cars, or even a boat on a trailer, plus two parking spaces in a closed garage.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you to a bright 31 m² (335 sq ft) living room, and a 10 m² (108 sq ft) mezzanine used as a cosy relaxation area with a single bed (80 × 190 cm).
The fully equipped kitchen is 14 m² (150 sq ft) and opens onto a spacious 25 m² (270 sq ft) veranda.
There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a 160 × 200 cm bed and the other with a 140 × 190 cm bed, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet with washbasin.

Upstairs, the landing leads to three more bedrooms: one with a 160 × 190 cm bed, one with two 90 × 190 cm beds that can be joined, and one with bunk beds (90 × 190 cm). This floor also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, a large south- and west‑facing terrace is perfect for outdoor living, with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a table tennis table on wheels, which can be used outside or stored in the garage.
A travel cot and changing mat can be provided if needed.

Boat connections are available to Belle‑Île, Houat and Hoëdic. Cultural and leisure activities take place all year round, with a cinema, exhibitions, theatre and live music.
