The view over the valley is magnificent, the vineyards and the typical village of La Cadière. The rental is ideally located 1.3 km from the nearest shops, 5 km from a large supermarket, 6.5 km from the beaches and 8 km from the center of Bandol or St-Cyr.
You can park up to 2 vehicles on the property.

The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of an open kitchen with dining area and living room opening onto the terrace in front of the swimming pool. You have a closed pantry in the kitchen area with storage, washing machine.

For the sleeping area, on the 1st floor, a corridor serves 2 bedrooms, on the 2nd floor there are 2 other bedrooms. They all have a 160 x 200cm beds, are air-conditioned and all have a large wardrobe and a private shower room with a toilet in one of them.
You will find 2 other independent WCs, one on the 1st floor and a second upstairs.

As for the outside, you will have access to a beautiful terrace with a table and 8 chairs as well as 4 deckchairs. This terrace gives access to a summer kitchen equipped with a sink and a gas plancha under the pergola.
On the swimming pool side, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 m and its depth is 1.40 m with a flat bottom. A pétanque or Molky court is located just below the swimming pool.
