Independent and quiet quality villa for 6 guests. Large individual swimming pool in the garden. White sand beach Ohlala Beach is 10 meters walking distance without any road to cross.

3 large bedrooms with individual cold/hot air conditioning in each room (1 bed 160 / 1 bed 140 / 2 beds 90) plus 1 parental bedroom with shower, sink and independent toilet. A 2nd water room with shower, sink and toilet + 1 other independent toilet. Complete standing equipment: dining room table and chairs, electric corner sofa, large flat screen with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Vitroceramic plate, sink, electric hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher. Large refrigerator freezer and laundry detergent. Dish, coffee maker + espresso, grill + many electric cooking appliances (meat/fish grill, raclette, etc...). Baby cot, bath and high chair on request and without supplement.

To enhance your pleasure, the large water pool with concealed and lockable dome (safety) with night lighting for night baths. Outdoor shower + outdoor kitchen with fixed barbecue. Villa closed to the walls, without any security and with alarm system. Independence and absolute calm.

The ++ : White sand sea/beach 10 m from the villa, without crossing road (important for families with child(ren). After leaving the villa, the famous boat "Lydia" is at least 10 minutes walk by the pedestrian walkway of the Allée des Arts. Shops on the Place du Tertre, food shops, bakeries, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, clothing shops, souvenirs, glaciers, pharmacies, banks, osteria farmers (20 minutes walk). The Casino de Leucate: less than 5 minutes walking distance.
Spain: 30 minutes. Sigean Reserve: 30 minutes. Cathar castles, abbeys, Roman chapels, fortified cities nearby.

The 2024 calendar is open since December 26, 2023. Decreasing rate from the 3rd week of rental (please consult us).
Accommodation charges and taxes are included in the local tariff. Accommodation for 6 guests MAXIMUM for security and insurance issues.
Deposit check: 1500.00 € (not refundable except for abnormal deterioration and/or volunteers of goods and equipment not at your disposal).
Cleaning voucher: €220 (debited if the cleaning at the end of the rental period is not done by your care).
Optional: Pack of toiletries and beach towels: 15.00 €/person/week (includes 1 shower towel, 1 toilet towel, 1 toilet glove and 1 beach towel). If you are interested, we will send you the rental contract by email.
Upon receipt of the contract signed by your care and the reservation account, the villa is reserved for you. Certificate of assurance to be delivered 1 month before arrival. Stay for 6 guests maximum. To exchange, please contact us by telephone.
We are at your complete disposal to introduce ourselves, send you more photos and welcome you with the greatest pleasure and care. Upon your arrival, a sparkling Champenoise surprise is reserved for you to start your stay perfectly at the villa and make the most of your holidays.

On-site facilities: Inflatable pool games - Company games, pétanque courts - Many facilities with indications of tourist and leisure sites such as: Horse riding center, aqua land, waterskiing, nautical telescopic sleds, bike rental, boats, jet skis, sailing boards, etc... Shopping centers, artisan and souvenir shops, restaurants, glaciers. Eastern European sites, day and night markets, calendar of local and regional festivals. From the villa, less than a minute's walk, the Avenue of the Arts (long alleyway overlooking the sea) with its sculptures and outdoor sports equipment is completely free. To visit nearby: The Cliffs of Leucate, Collioure and its anchoves, the gorges of Galamus, the Orgues of Ille sur Tet. Nonbreux Domaines Viticoles. N.B: The villa is less than 10 metres from the white sand beach without a crossing road.
