Parada Tropical.

You will be welcomed on site and accompanied throughout your stay by Céline and Enrika. They will be able to organize services for you such as catering, cleaning during your stay, but also childcare or transport reservations and will respond to all your questions.
I, myself, will always be available for advice or any other information.

As for Villa Parada Tropical, it is ideally located near the fishing village in a quiet area towards Playa Ballenas.

The village center, its restaurants and shops, are within walking distance.
You can sleep comfortably up to 6 guests there. The three bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets and fan. A private bathroom for each of them and two independent toilets provide the comfort that one has the right to expect from a vacation house shared with family or friends. The bedding is new and comes in two king-size beds and one queen size bed. It's our house, we love it, we have completely renovated and decorated it.

We hope you will take care of it as if it were your own. It's a place to be with the people you love. You are welcome to Las Terrenas, a small coastal town on the Samana peninsula to discover its beaches, its tropical vegetation, without forgetting what makes up its soul, its inhabitants who make the heart of this place beat like no other.

For long stays the rental amount varies from 2000 to €2800 per month depending on the period.
