The accommodation:

The house has all the comforts of a home (it's our holiday home).
-Central living/dining room with sofa, TV, coffee table, dining table, and chairs.
-Fully equipped kitchen with a utility room (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop, range hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, griddle). Dishes, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, and all standard kitchen accessories are provided.
-Two master bedrooms with double beds (2 x 1 double bed, 140 x 190 cm).
-Two children's bedrooms with single beds (2 x 2 single beds, 80 x 190 cm, which can be joined to make double beds).
-One bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink.
-One shower room with a sink.
-Two toilets.

Fully enclosed property with remote-controlled gate access. Green garden, terrace, swimming pool, barbecue, swing.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, the swimming pool, and the enclosed garden.

Other remarks
The house is located on a small square in a cul-de-sac. Very little traffic and no disturbances.

Rental Minimum 7 days, from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am: April, May, June, September, October €980/week; July €1800/week; August €2000/week
