Between sea and scrubland, we offer you a holiday home with heated swimming pool, pleasant and well-kept on the edge of the communal forest of Langlade, a picturesque village on the outskirts of Nîmes.

Ideally located, overlooking the Vaunage plain, you will be 15 minutes from the Nîmes Arena, 30 minutes from Montpellier and 35 minutes from the beaches.

Depending on your desires, you will visit in the surrounding area (40 minutes), the Pont du Gard, Avignon and its festival, the Duchy of Uzès, the Camargue, Arles and Saintes Maries....

You want a calm and relaxing holiday, you will then enjoy the interior comfort:

- The bedrooms are between 18 and 20 m², two are equipped with a double bed and the third has four beds (2x2 bunk beds) in mid and high season. They are all air-conditioned and have a bathroom with toilet.

- The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, Tassimo, filter coffee maker, toaster, etc.), a dining area and a lounge

- In the laundry room/cellar you will have a washing machine, upright freezer, tumble dryer, storage shelves, etc.

The exterior:

- Garden is enclosed, wooded and private

- The swimming pool is heated in mid and high season (from April to October) and has an electric shutter.

- The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen, gas hob, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher.

- The shaded lawn for lounging.
