- 14sqm master suite, 160cm double bed, with bathroom and large Italian shower,

- 2 toilets,

Outside, enjoy a 9.5x4m covered and secured (by an electric shutter meeting current standards) salt-water heated swimming pool, from April to October, a 100 sqm covered exotic wood terrace facing south, outdoor sofas, large table, deck chairs, pool house, pool shower and toilet, bar and summer kitchen, plancha and barbecue.

In high season: Beds are made, towels provided, cleaning included.
