In the living room, an Italian “Rapido” style sofa easily converts into a 140 cm double bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The location is ideal: about a 9-minute walk to Place de Verdun and Saint-Louis Cathedral, 12 minutes to the central market, and 13 minutes to the Old Port and the famous Grosse Horloge. The beach at La Concurrence is just 500 meters away, and a bike rental station can be found 200 meters from the building. Shops and public transport options are all close by.

The apartment is fully equipped for holiday rentals. End-of-stay cleaning and all household linen (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels) are included, along with duvets and pillows.
During peak season and school holidays, rentals are by the week. Outside these periods, stays of three nights or more are possible. Rates vary depending on the time of year and length of stay.

A private, secure outdoor parking space is also available, just 20 meters from the building entrance.
