Enjoy a truly special stay in this beautiful villa set within a landscaped park of around half a hectare (approx. 1.2 acres).
With no overlooking neighbours and complete peace and quiet, the property sits on a plateau surrounded by tall maritime pines, between the sea and the hills.
It is ideally located close to some of the region’s most spectacular sites, including the Route des Crêtes, Cap Canaille and the Calanques of La Ciotat, Cassis and Marseille.

The National Park of the Calanques is just an 8‑minute walk away. Beaches and the harbour can be reached in about 9 minutes by car, while shops are only 5 minutes away.
Outside, the villa offers a large private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres (approx. 33 x 16 ft), two wide terraces of around 150 m² and 110 m² (about 1,615 and 1,185 sq ft), outdoor tables and chairs, a garden lounge, sun loungers both in the sun and in the shade, and a large barbecue. Everything is designed for relaxed outdoor living.

The villa is entirely on one level. The main living area is a bright 60 m² space (approx. 645 sq ft), complemented by a fully equipped kitchen of about 15 m² (160 sq ft).

There are four bedrooms in total. The master suite measures around 19 m² (205 sq ft).
Two bedrooms of approximately 12 m² (130 sq ft) each are furnished with double beds (140 x 190 cm and 160 x 190 cm).
The fourth bedroom is a spacious 26 m² (280 sq ft) and includes a 120 x 190 cm bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for families.

The house features two bathrooms and two toilets, one of which is separate with a hand basin. All rooms are fully air‑conditioned.

For leisure and relaxation, guests also have access to bicycles, an elliptical trainer and a pétanque court.

The €300 cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
