Upstairs, there is a spacious air‑conditioned bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed (king size, approx. 71 x 79 in), a shower room, and a private terrace overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a second bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed (double, approx. 55 x 79 in), its own shower room, practical storage, and a separate WC. The large 36 m² living and dining area (about 390 sq ft) is air‑conditioned and opens through two wide sliding doors onto the pool. It includes TV and Wi‑Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, toaster, fridge‑freezer, plus a pantry with a washing machine.
Outside, everything is designed for easy living. A summer kitchen with plancha and wood‑fired barbecue invites long evenings by the pool. The swimming pool (11 x 5.5 m, approx. 36 x 18 ft) is heated from 1 September to 23 October and comes with sun loungers. Under the pergola, a shaded outdoor living area is perfect for breakfast, dinner, or a well‑earned nap beneath the pine trees.
