The recently renovated Villa "Bréscala" with a private 7 x 4m pool is ideally located 700m from Playa de Riells.
Walking distance to the main beach and its many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and shops. L'Escala also benefits from numerous cycle paths. You can enjoy lovely walks to the old town and its lively little streets or to Sant Marti d'Empuries along the seafront. Very accessible for children.
The villa has 4 bedrooms for 9 people + 1 baby. Ideal for several couples or 2 families with children.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine), a living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the secure pool (security barrier with gate and alarm), a double bedroom (pool view), and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom (180cm bed: 2 x 90cm) with a dressing room and balcony (pool view), a second double bedroom (160cm bed or 2 x 80cm) and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed (also suitable for adults (90x200cm bed), and a shower room with toilet.
A baby cot, deckchair, high chair, and baby bath are available on site.
Air conditioning on each floor. Wi-Fi. TV with international channels. Board games. You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation.
Outside, you'll find a barbecue area, an outdoor shower (hot water), a large dining area, and a relaxation/deckchair area around the pool. The pool faces south (unheated).
Automatic security gate. Space for 1 car and a large garage with bicycles (6 bicycles are available for your use throughout your stay) and a washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are included. Beds will be made upon your arrival. The mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee is €100.
