Rental periods:

Minimum 3 nights: from January 1st to June 15th, Discounts for 14 nights, 21 nights, 28 nights maximum
Minimum 7 nights: from June 15th to September 15th, Discounts for 14 nights minimum
Minimum 3 nights: from September 15th to December 31st, Discounts for 14 nights, 21 nights, 28 nights maximum

To reserve the villa, regardless of the length of stay, we require a check for the security deposit of €600. This will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

Extras: Linens: €15 per person, Electric cars: €60 per car and per week
The total rental amount will be requested upon arrival.

Villa Gémini is located a 5-minute walk from Riells beach, close to all amenities. Parking for 2 to 3 cars is no problem.
The living room and the separate kitchen are separate. The master bedroom has a 150 cm bed and its own bathroom with toilet.
The guest bedroom has a 140 cm bed. The children's bedroom has two 90 cm beds. A separate bathroom and toilet are separate. The exterior bedroom has two 90 cm beds.
Outside, there is a covered terrace with a dining area (plancha). The garden is over 200 m², and the 7 x 3 m swimming pool (a safety fence is available).

Minimum 3 nights: From January 1st to June 15th, then from September 15th to December 31st, 2024. Minimum 7 nights: From June 16th to September 14th, the minimum is 7 nights. Discounts are available for rental periods of 15 days or more.
