On the first floor, there is a separate apartment with a living room (sleeps 1), 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom.

On the 2nd floor, you will find, among other things, a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room with large bay windows leading to the terrace and pool, and 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom (one bedroom with 3 single beds, the other with a double bed).

Outside: Over 3,000 m² of fully fenced grounds with an electric gate include a 5 x 11 m swimming pool, a shower and toilet, a multi-sports field, and a barbecue.

The Sant Jordi district has a public swimming pool, a children's park, a football pitch, pétanque courts, green areas and a restaurant.

A wide variety of activities are easily accessible during your stay: 3 km from the beach, 4 km from a marina and water sports (port of Calafat: jet-ski, boat, kayak, diving...), 5 km from the departure point for excursions (port of l'Ametlla de mar), 20 km from a golf course, 40 km from Port Aventura Park and 140 km from Barcelona.

On a practical level, 5 km from the village of L'Ametlla de mar, its train station, covered market and shops; 44 km from Reus airport and 130 km from Barcelona airport.
