Ground floor: Large living-dining-kitchen area. Table extends up to 3 meters. American-style refrigerator (cold water and ice dispenser), oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Bathroom with bathtub/shower, single sink and toilet.
