It is located just 5 minutes from the center of Porticcio, its beaches, and all amenities, and 10 minutes from the airport and the entrance to the city of Ajaccio.

This modern, tastefully decorated, 6-room villa offers 280 m² on two levels and can accommodate up to 12 people (max. 10 adults and 2 children).

It is composed as follows:
- A living area of approximately 100 m² with a lounge, dining area, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a utility room, and a laundry room.
- A first sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, toilet, and a closet for one, and a dressing room for the other. One bedroom with a sea view has access to the terrace.
- The second sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom, toilet, and closet. Plus a separate toilet.
- The third sleeping area, on the garden level, consists of two double bedrooms with closets, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet. Both have their own direct access to the heated swimming pool (10x5 m) (heated in April, May, June, September, and October).

Amenities:
Air conditioning in all rooms or underfloor heating and cooling, flat-screen TV, barbecue, deckchairs and outdoor seating, pétanque court.

The house is bordered by two terraces, one of approximately 150 m² on the first floor offering a magnificent sea view allowing you to enjoy the sunset, and the other providing access to the swimming pool. The highlight of our villa is its breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the surrounding mountains, while being close to Porticcio town center.

Arrival and departure are possible every day of the week, year-round.
