This 1980s architect-designed villa with a swimming pool and jacuzzi is meticulously equipped and decorated. It features a fresh interior and spacious living areas. It features a double living room with a double-opening fireplace opening onto the TV lounge (46" satellite TV, Google Cast, and smart speakers) and the large living room with seating for 10. It also features a reading lounge, a large dining room with seating for 10, a large fully equipped kitchen with an American-style refrigerator, a 90" range cooker, a cool cellar, and numerous terraces around the house. The bedrooms (including a master suite) are equipped with ceiling fans. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-size beds and a dormitory with 4 90" bunk beds. You'll find a library and numerous board games, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom/shower room, and 2 toilets.

The house faces southeast with a 4-car carport, set in the middle of a 5-hectare park. The garden covers 7,000 m² and features a 5x10.5m double-pool swimming pool protected by a fence with 10 deckchairs. You can play on a badminton and volleyball court. There is also a covered Jacuzzi overlooking the forest where children can build tree houses.
Hammocks are hidden among the oak trees, and there are numerous outdoor games: ping-pong table, ball, rackets, swing, pétanque balls, etc.

There is also a barbecue and a plancha grill in a sheltered summer kitchen (a sink, a fridge-freezer, and a bar).

You can enjoy an aperitif on the covered terrace in the shade of a small outdoor lounge, or eat under the arbor near the kitchen or under the trees near the 10-seat swimming pool.

The tranquility of this pleasant house will charm you. It is not overlooked and is located 2 km from the small village of Entrecasteaux, where you will find many shops.

Entrecasteaux is located in the heart of green Provence, not far from the sea and Lake Sainte-Croix. Surrounded by vineyards, you will be offered numerous tastings at nearby wineries. The Entrecasteaux Tourist Office will advise you on mountain biking and hiking trails. You will find a kayaking spot and treetop adventure courses on site. The village organizes many diverse events, including vintage car gatherings, themed evenings, giant barbecues, dances, concerts, and boules competitions. There you'll find restaurants, cafes, a tobacconist, a grocery store, a butcher, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, a wine cellar, etc. And you can visit the pretty little village nestled in the rocks and its castle.

You will only be liable for the tourist tax, calculated based on the number of adults and children. Linens are provided: white sheets, napkins, tea towels, and placemats. Cleaning is included in the price. No other extras, no surprises.
