Maison du Payré is a comfortable, spacious and welcoming home that can host from 2 to 6 guests.
Stays of a weekend, a few days, or a full week are all possible.
Cleaning is included for short stays of 2 or 3 nights until 27 March; beyond this date, the cleaning fee is €90. Prices start at €150 per night for a minimum of three nights, with the option of a two‑night stay on request.

This recent house offers generous space and a friendly atmosphere, with a fully enclosed and private landscaped garden of 600 m² (approx. 6,460 sq ft) and private parking for two cars. It is located just a few minutes from the beautiful Veillon Beach, the port, Bourgenay Golf Course, the market, and the shops of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire. We also offer a “Duo Package” for two guests using only one bedroom, giving couples the chance to enjoy the house at a reduced rate.

The home is rated 3 stars and fully equipped.
The main living area measures 60 m² (approx. 645 sq ft) and includes a bright lounge with a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area with an oval table and comfortable seating. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, freezer and a generous amount of tableware.
A Thermomix is available on request.

The house offers four bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and a large dressing room, and three others each with a 140 cm bed.
The bathroom is large and well designed, with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, storage and a hair dryer.
There are two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
Families travelling with a baby will find everything they need : a cot, high chair, baby bath, sleeping bag, playpen, toys and a stroller.

Your stay includes beds made on arrival, bed linen (duvets, sheets and pillowcases), towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, plus a bath mat), and a small cleaning kit with dishwasher and laundry products, sponge, mop and microfibre cloth.
A family football table is also available for fun moments together.
Outside, the large terrace offers a Weber barbecue, three sun loungers, two armchairs, a garden lounge with two benches, a large dining table with six chairs and a parasol.
The location is ideal for exploring the area :
Veillon Beach, the golf course, the marina, the aquarium, the Automobile Museum and Talmont Castle are all close by.
Cycling paths begin at the end of the street and lead through beautiful marshland and towards the market and local shops.

The property is also just 15 minutes from Les Sables d’Olonne, its long beaches, seafront promenade, thalasso centre, Port Olonna,casino and zoo.
It is 10 minutes from the racecourse, and 15 minutes from Saint‑Vincent‑sur‑Jard.

Stays range from 2 or 3 nights depending on the season up to a full week. Weekend, mid‑week and very low‑season prices are available.
Minimum stay is two nights, and bookings may range from 2 to 90 days.
Weekly rentals apply during the summer school holidays in July and August. When possible, check‑in and check‑out times can be flexible.
In school holiday periods, rentals are available for 2 to 6 guests at the same rate.
For more than 6 guests, a supplement of €25 per person per day applies, with a maximum occupancy of 8 people, children included.
During low season, a special “Duo Rate” is available for two guests outside school holidays, and long-stay rates are available upon request.

The house is also only fifteen minutes from Les Sables d’Olonne, with its long sandy beaches, the famous seafront promenade, the thalasso spa, Port Olonna, the casino and the zoo.
It is ten minutes from the racecourse, and fifteen minutes from Saint‑Vincent‑sur‑Jard, where you can visit Georges Clemenceau’s seaside home and its beautiful garden overlooking the sea.
