Welcome to the Chalet Koala, cosy and warm, located in La Tania Courchevel, the chalet area in the heart of the three Valleys domain. The easy ski run La Morattaz, 100 meter long, leads to the main ski lift.

This 150sqm charming chalet, all made of wood, is designed to offer you a relaxing stay with family or friends. The 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 guests between the first floor and second floor.
The living area on the 2nd floor offers a magnificent view of the valley and benefits from a TV corner, desk and a real fitted kitchen.

A sauna, a spa bath and a jacuzzi on the chalet terrace will encourage great moments of relaxation.

The physical reception is personalized, the beds prepared for your arrival, towels and bathrobes provided, cleaning is included during the rental and at the end of your stay.
The resort center is accessible on foot: restaurants, daycare, ski school, shops, tourist office, swimming pool and activities for children in summer.

Weekly rental only, from Sunday to Sunday in winter.
Summer season rates: €4,000 / week
Winter season rates: €6,000 to €8,800 / week included:
Reception, preparation of beds, supply of linens, towels and bathrobes, cleaning and basic products for cooking, mid- and end-of-stay cleaning, snow removal if necessary, spa maintenance.

Not included: Additional cleaning, home chef, babysitter, bread and croissant delivery in the morning, flower delivery, taxi...
