This one-bedroom apartment with an open-plan living room and kitchen is set in a recent building, nestled within a beautifully preserved 4-hectare (about 9.9-acre) property surrounded by unspoiled nature.

The property also features a secluded, elevated swimming pool surrounded by century-old olive trees, along with a fitness area, shaded spots for relaxing or napping, and leisure facilities such as table tennis and pétanque.

There are two identical and fully independent gîtes, each measuring 35 m² (around 377 sq ft), with the same layout and amenities, and no overlooking between them. One is slightly elevated and accessed via stairs, while the other is on a single level at parking level. The pool is also set in a higher, dominant position.

Each unit can accommodate up to four people: two in the bedroom with a 160 cm (queen-size) bed, and two additional guests on a 140 cm (full-size) sofa bed in the living area.

Stays are available from a minimum of three nights, with prices ranging from €50 to €170 per night, plus a €35 end-of-stay cleaning fee. Please note that WERO bank transfers are not accepted.
