The apartment offers 43 m² (approximately 463 sq ft) of beautifully designed living space, complemented by a 22 m² (approximately 237 sq ft) wraparound terrace. Bright and tastefully decorated, the living area features contemporary chalet-inspired interiors, artwork, and a warm mountain atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a 43-inch Philips Ambilight 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube.

The highlight of the apartment is its 12 m² (approximately 129 sq ft) mezzanine bedroom, designed as a private mountain-inspired suite. With its glass balustrade, it feels open, bright, and connected to the living space while still offering a cozy and intimate retreat.

The duplex comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The mezzanine features a premium 160 x 200 cm king-size bed. A premium 140 x 200 cm wall bed provides additional sleeping space, while the living room includes a high-quality velvet sofa bed with a premium mattress and easy-opening mechanism.

The spacious wraparound terrace is a true extension of the apartment. One side enjoys panoramic views of Mont Blanc, while the other offers a more private and relaxing outdoor lounge area, creating two distinct spaces to enjoy throughout the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining at home, and the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower as well as a washer-dryer for added convenience.

Guests also benefit from a private ski locker and one reserved parking space in the underground garage.

A free shuttle bus stops directly in front of the residence at the Saint-Bernard stop and operates both in winter and summer.
Running approximately every 15 minutes, it provides easy access to Combloux village centre as well as the ski area and surrounding mountain activities, allowing you to enjoy your stay without needing to use your car during the day.
