Studio "Cayok" on one level, bright, modern, recent, 30m2, capacity two people maximum, soundproofed, independent entrance, adjoining the Escalumade studio, terrace and private garden. Free, private, secure parking with digital code in the owners' courtyard.
Comfortable king size bed (160x200cm with cotton and linen satin bed linen, 4-season duvet), ceiling fan and storage area. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with induction hob, microwave, toaster, classic coffee maker with washable filter, Nespresso Pro coffee maker with capsules, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and iron, TV, free wifi.
Bathroom with Italian shower, large sink with hairdryer and soap dispenser (towels provided). (wc separated from the bathroom).
Quiet area and close to shops. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the port and beach of Arès, supermarket 500m, city center 800m, 500m from the cycle paths serving the ocean beaches (le grand crohot and le truc vert) and those of the Arcachon basin (Plage Océane 15km, Cap Ferret 25km).
Studio only reserved for its customers (2 people maximum/studio). No person is allowed to enter the villa without a reservation (owner on site).
An ideal place for nature lovers looking for a quiet atmosphere to relax and unwind. Direct access to the coastal path of the Arès salt meadows nature reserve.
