Located in the heart of a one-hectare wooded garden with a private heated pool, this unique accommodation offers an intimate and comfortable experience.

You can relax in a large straw hut with a mosquito net and a double mattress, sheltered from prying eyes. Sleeping under the stars is also possible for those who wish.
The accommodation
On a one-hectare wooded plot, you will find the chalet, which consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, an office, and a perfectly exposed outdoor terrace for peacefully enjoying the sun.
It can comfortably accommodate two people with the sofa located in the living room.
An additional single mattress can be provided if needed, as well as a travel cot. Air conditioning is also provided for maximum comfort.
Bed linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your stay.

For those who prefer to sleep under the stars, the hut can also accommodate two additional guests.

The pool is heated to 27°C between April and October and is treated with salt (the temperature may vary depending on the outside temperature).
The garden and pool are private and reserved for guests renting the chalet; you have the entire accommodation at your disposal.

A summer bar is available with a refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker. Deckchairs, a table, and a barbecue are available (charcoal not provided).

No WiFi or screen, but 4G reception is excellent.

Also located 1 km from Rungis and 5 km from Orly, this accommodation is close to all amenities.

Two private parking spaces are reserved for you on the property. An electric car charging station is available on site.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m., with a welcome from the owner who resides on site. Check-out at 12:00 p.m.

Events are permitted and controlled upon request and quote without disturbing neighbors: birthdays, bachelorette parties, hen parties, seminars, music videos, videos, photoshoots, short films.
The pool can be rented for the day (day use), rates upon request.

Parties are not permitted without the owner's consent; respect for the neighbors' peace and quiet is the priority. To respect the neighbors, there must be no noise outside after 9:00 p.m.: no yelling, no shouting, and no outdoor speakers.

The price shown includes a maximum of 4 people; please specify the exact number of people present during your stay before booking.
Stays of more than 4 people or afternoon pool parties are available upon request and quote.

Staff will be on site to ensure pool and garden maintenance if necessary. The pool is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The outdoor garden lighting will be turned off at midnight, and at 1:00 a.m. for the indoor pool.

Please do not smoke inside the chalet (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.).
Daily, overnight, or weekly rates are subject to availability.
