Offering over 300m2 living space, on 5,000m2 of unoverlooked landscaped grounds, and enjoying breathtaking views of Pic-Saint-Loup and Hortus, the Valfaunès Château was the former home of the Baron Jean-Jacques Louis Durand, the first Mayor of Montpellier. It is today renowned for its wine grower Fabien Reboul and its " Château de Valflaunès " wine estate.

This 18th century mansion offers all modern conveniences: a 12.5m long heated pool with a safety cover, an exotic terrace 80m2 (in the shade if necessary), a steam room, 3 bathrooms (one with tub), 1 shower in steam room, 6 bedrooms (sleeps 15 guests) with new quality bedding (160x200cm and 180x200cm + 1 extra bed 90cm in 3 bedrooms), 3 baby cots and a high chair also available.


The household linen is included and each bedroom has a large storage space.



For people with reduced mobility, one of the bedrooms on the ground floor (33m2), is equipped with a canopy bed (160x200cm) and a 90cm bed.

The 3 bathrooms are on the first floor except for the steam room equipped with a shower on the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, expresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle, a grill and all kitchen utensils.
A gas barbecue (Weber) with a plancha is available for fine summer outdoor dining. Also available an American pool and a vast TV lounge.

An additional 3-bedroom accommodation (80m2) can sleep 6 extra guests.
