The chalet is located in a quiet and pleasant area, 400 m from the village center and train station, 800 m from the cable car, very easy to access regardless of the weather (highway, "Saint-Antoine" bus stop nearby, free shuttle) and close to all amenities (supermarket 400 m away).

Large 170 m² apartment, with a large terrace (20 m²), balcony and garden, located in a traditional farmhouse of the region, recently renovated. Spacious and airy.

You enter directly into a spacious living area with an impressive central fireplace, two lounges (one with a 12-seater corner sofa, 46-inch LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, home cinema system, Wi-Fi), and a dining area (table seating 10-12). A breakfast bar separates this area from a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, cookware, grill, kettle, raclette grill, fondue set, coffee maker). There is a bathroom (large 200cm bathtub, sink) and a shower room (shower, sink, toilet), a separate toilet, a ski room, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and freezer, and a boiler room.

Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping arrangements: four double beds, two single beds, and one travel cot.

The five bedrooms are located near the shower room. There are four bedrooms with double beds (200 x 140 cm) and two single beds (190 x 90 cm) in a room with a sloping ceiling (ideal for children). The bedding is high-quality and new, and the beds are made up for your arrival with quality linens.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival.

A concierge is available to assist with arrivals on Saturdays from 4 pm to 8 pm and departures on Saturdays before 10 am. The concierge can be contacted should you have any questions. Concierge services are available.
