After a day at the beach or sightseeing, you can cool off in our 11 x 5 m saltwater infinity pool, play billiards or ping-pong, relax in the video room, or join the children outside on our large pétanque court or in our magnificent treetop adventure course (yes, you read that right, we have a large treetop adventure course in the garden!) with a 20 m long zip line! An extra-large trampoline is also available for all ages.

From October to May, we offer two bed and breakfast rooms with the option of a set menu dinner.

Welcoming and designed for families with children, our charming, comfortable villa, with its subtle Provençal character, offers 280 sqm of living space on a 5,000 sqm unfenced plot and is ideally located.

Facing south and offering complete privacy, this villa, built in 2012 with quality materials, is situated in a very quiet residential area nestled among vineyards and attractive villas. It features a private driveway and parking, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere characteristic of the countryside, a truly idyllic setting.

Outside, a 5,000 sqm unfenced garden awaits your enjoyment.

Within the 2,500 sqm grounds, we offer a lawn area in front of the house for children to play in, a large barbecue, a landscaped garden (vines, fig trees, etc.), a 100 sqm vegetable garden at your disposal (fruits, vegetables, and herbs for fresh, organic cooking every day), and more. We provide all the necessary baby equipment and bicycles (upon request).

Although maintained, the remaining 2,500 sqm have been left in their natural wooded state, and we have added a fantastic treetop adventure course and a large pétanque court.

Please note:

* There is no television antenna, but screens with HDMI and USB ports are available.

* A security deposit is required for renting the house.

* Pets are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: Villa YAKA is a family haven, and we understand the importance of proper etiquette. Security deposit retained if a noise complaint is filed or the police are called.

Base rate: 500 euros per day (variable depending on duration and conditions).
