The 300 m² villa spread over 3 levels each offering:
On the ground floor, a large, ultra-equipped kitchen (American fridge, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated hood, 2 sinks, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a terrace, the swimming pool and an outdoor living room, but also 3 bedrooms (180 cm bed) with shower room, 2 of which have toilets, a master bedroom (180 cm bed) with large dressing room, bathroom and toilet.
On the upper level, a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen (board, barbecue, refrigerator, water point, etc.) and a large table with a view of the sea, a lounge area with cozy furniture.
On the lower level a bedroom (180 cm bed) with cupboard, a separate bathroom, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board) and a gym (treadmill, floor mat, pilates ball and roller, putting green, billiards, table football) and outside a ping-pong table and a bowling green.
