We offer our architect-designed house with a private pool :
Set in the heart of the Casinca maquis, between the sea and the
mountains, with total privacy.

Surrounded by nature and absolute quiet, the house enjoys stunning
views.
It stands only a 5-minute drive from the beach, 8 km (5 miles) from Bastia-
Poretta Airport, 25 km (15.5 miles) from Bastia, and just 2 km (1.2 miles) from Folelli,
where you’ll find all shops and services.

Our lodging is rated 3 stars by the local tourist office.

The house provides great comfort whether you’re looking for a peaceful,
relaxing stay or planning days of mountain hiking, river swimming, or
exploring the region’s beautiful villages.

Whether you’re a large group or a smaller one, pricing adapts but the
beauty and serenity of the place remain the same.

On the ground floor
The house features a spacious 55 m² (590 sq ft) air-conditioned living room, with two large picture windows opening onto the landscape, a 18 m² (195 sq ft) kitchen, and an air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom and private toilet.
On the same level, two terraces face North-West, including one with a barbecue, an outdoor lounge and dining area. On the South side, another terrace offers views of the sea and the maquis. Just below, you’ll enjoy a 45
m² (480 sq ft) pool with a shallow sunbathing area, entirely for your use.

Upstairs
You will find three independent bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.
All open onto a large 50 m² (540 sq ft) terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the plain and the maquis.
For stargazers, a tiled rooftop terrace offers a full 360° view of the surroundings.


Services
A concierge service is available during your stay.
Besides your welcome upon arrival, you can request breakfast or meal
preparation, cleaning, or the organization of boat trips, hikes and more.

A daily electricity allowance of 40 kWh is included. Additional consumption is charged at €0.25 per kWh.

You can also enjoy visiting the six villages of the Casinca, including Penta, which is classified among the region’s most beautiful sites.

Rental rates include cleaning and vary depending on the season and the number of occupied double bedrooms. A minimum of two bedrooms (4 guests) applies in April and May; three bedrooms (6 guests) in June and September; and four bedrooms in July. Minimum stay is 4 nights in April, 5 nights in May and June, and one week in July and September.
