The indoor and outdoor tables accommodate up to 8 guests, however we have 10 beds, and we can rent the villa for 10 guests if there are small children.

The villa is located on the private domain of La Californie hill and in a lot with two villas in a very quiet area and without any overlooking.

Truly unique view accentuated by the creation of a 120 sqm suspended terrace (A sea view as far as the eye can see, like a rooftop in the middle of nowhere!) You will thus have an extraordinary, breathtaking panoramic view of the bay of Toulon to the Golden Island.
The villa was completely renovated in 2023 (joinery, complete exterior and interior painting, floors, installation of a swimming pool and creation of a suspended terrace.)

Please note, the swimming pool serves as a swimming pool in summer and a jacuzzi in winter; but we do not have a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The 4.7 x 2.30 swimming pool is included in the price from April 15 to October 15. For other periods, it is possible to activate it with a supplement of €50/day.

The villa is ideally located for reaching the village of Carqueiranne, the Giens peninsula, the town of Hyères, the beaches of Almanarre and Badine as well as the port for embarking towards the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.

Located in Carqueiranne, 3 km from Almanarre beach Close to the beaches also of Carqueiranne, Péno beach, Pradon...and the beaches and small coves of the Giens peninsula 10 minutes by car. Less than ten minutes from Bergerie beach and Badine by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the eastern coast, the shallow waters allow easy and safe swimming facing the Golden Islands. Ideal for swimming because the near shore waters are shallow for 200 to 300 meters.

Village, shops and bakery are 5 minutes away by car.10 minutes from Toulon/Hyères airport and Hyères TGV station, 20 minutes from Toulon. Shops and sandy beach are 5 minutes by car.
