The apartment has been carefully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It features an approximately 12 m² (129 sq ft) separate bedroom with its own balcony and direct sea views. The bright living room includes a large sofa that easily converts into a proper bed with a high-quality mattress, offering comfortable sleeping accommodation. This room opens onto the 7 m² (75 sq ft) terrace with stunning panoramic sea views.
The open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There are also two flat-screen TVs, including one in the bedroom.

Additional features include electric shutters, high-quality bedding, comfortable sofas and armchairs, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. One of the apartment's most unique features is that you can enjoy sea views from virtually every room, including the bedroom.
The layout is particularly practical. The entrance hallway separates the bedroom from the living area, allowing guests to move between the bathroom and toilet without passing through the other sleeping space. At night, the apartment feels almost like a two-bedroom property.

The apartment offers a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Unlike many seaside properties, the sea view is not limited to the terrace — it can also be enjoyed throughout the apartment, including from the bedroom itself. A private, monitored parking space within the residence is available as an optional extra (€4 per day). A private fibre internet box is also available (€1.20 per day).
Small dogs under 6 kg (13 lb) are welcome outside the peak season, subject to a €50 supplement.

Tower fans and ceiling fans are provided throughout the apartment and are generally sufficient to keep the property comfortable. For guests who prefer air conditioning, a portable A/C unit is available as an optional extra from 15 June to 15 September, subject to usage conditions and additional charges.
