Fully air-conditioned, built in 2020 on the heights of the village of Erbalunga, offering a breathtaking view of the Genoese tower and the sea.

Located a 5-minute walk from the village, its shops, restaurants, and the beach, the house is spread over two floors on the hillside. The layout allows for privacy in the lower bedrooms, which overlook a small garden. Remote working (FIBER). Equipped with a wood-burning stove for winter.

4 bedrooms, 3 with queen-size beds and one with two single beds, 3 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets.

The swimming pool is private and the size of the old water retention basins (4x3), 1.35m deep.

Water sports (kayaking, diving, paddleboarding, etc.) are available directly in the village, as are numerous hiking trails.

The village of Erbalunga is one of the prettiest in Corsica and offers all amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery store, ATM, etc.), as well as numerous restaurants.

The house is 20 minutes from Bastia and 40 minutes from its airport.

The Vallana hamlet is secured by a gate. You will be personally welcomed upon arrival and departure. You will also benefit from personalized support during your stay to ensure a seamless experience.
