This characterful 300 m² (approx. 3,230 sq ft) Bordeaux stone house is located in the quiet and sought‑after district of Bordeaux Caudéran, close to the Parc Bordelais, and features a private swimming pool.
With its generous interior spaces, garden and terraces, the house offers a comfortable and peaceful setting for up to 12 guests. All local shops are within walking distance, and Bordeaux city centre can be reached in about 15 minutes.
On the ground floor, the house opens onto a large and bright living and dining area with a dedicated workspace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen of around 80 m² (860 sq ft). This level also includes a separate WC, a laundry room and a spacious entrance hall. The laundry room is fitted with an additional fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The first floor offers five spacious and light‑filled bedrooms. One double bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm (5’3” × 6’7”) bed has its own private en‑suite shower room. Two double bedrooms with 140 × 200 cm (4’7” × 6’7”) beds share a shower room, while two additional double bedrooms, also with 140 × 200 cm beds, share a bathroom. A separate WC completes this floor.
The second floor features a large games room with a 140 × 200 cm (4’7” × 6’7”) sofa bed, a TV and video‑game area, and the possibility of adding up to three extra single beds, making it ideal for children or teenagers.
Outside, the house offers several pleasant areas to relax. A terrace with a private swimming pool (3.5 m × 7 m / approx. 11.5 × 23 ft) is secured with an electric rolling cover and heated from June to September. Sun loungers, deck chairs and a parasol are provided. At the back of the house, a second terrace is equipped with outdoor seating, a barbecue and a plancha.
For leisure and comfort, guests can enjoy a table‑tennis table with rackets and balls, board games, high‑speed fibre Wi‑Fi, a connected TV, and reversible air conditioning in the second‑floor games room.
The minimum stay is 5 nights, at €500 per night or €3,500 per week. Check‑in is from 5:00 pm, and check‑out is before 10:00 am. Bed linen and towels are included. End‑of‑stay cleaning is not included. A security deposit of €1,500 is required.
