- 42m² one-bedroom apartment on one level with an 80m² planted courtyard, not overlooked, garden furniture, lockable bike shed, and a plancha cooking area. Private parking for 2 cars is included.

- Living room with desk and sleeping area equipped with a 140x190 motorized Murphy bed.
- Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining table.
- Bedroom with a 180x200 motorized adjustable bed and dressing table.
- Bathroom with 2 separate entrances/exits (1 on the bedroom side and 1 on the living room side with an occupancy indicator light). It includes: 1 toilet with a handheld shower (bidet function), 2 sinks, and a walk-in shower.
- Plenty of storage space, wardrobe, and a safe.

Comfort :
- Beds made, linens, bathrobes, slippers, towels and organic toiletries, washing machine and dishwasher detergent provided, daily cleaning and ironing services available.

- End-of-stay cleaning and disinfection are included; only dishes, cooking appliances, and household appliances must be returned clean and working.

#- Minimum 4 nights, Monday to Friday = €692, excluding tourist tax; arrival on Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and departure on Friday before 10:00 a.m.
#- Or:
Weekly, 7 nights = €812 excluding tourist tax; arrival on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the following Friday and departure before 10:00 a.m.

For two weeks, 14 nights = €1,512 excluding tourist tax; arrival on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. the following Friday and departure before 10:00 a.m.

##-3 - Services included at no extra charge and child discount:
- Children up to 3 years old are free, from 4 to 13 years old receive a €20 discount per child per stay, and all children under 18 are exempt from tourist tax.
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge. (For hygiene reasons, the cot is available without a mattress or bed linen.)
