Our villa is rated 5 stars by the Tourist Office of Landes region. It is built on 2 levels. On the main floor (pool and terrace level), approx. 200sqm: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, 1 spacious double living room, spacious open plan kitchen, laundry room. On second floor, approx. 100sqm: the 5th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, WC, projection room with giant screen and 8 cinema seats, bar and professional billiard.
The villa is located 10 mins from the sea and 3 mins from the lake, an ideal location in the heart of the international 27-hole golf course of Biscarrosse. Built on a dune side, you will feel like being perched in the trees. The 200sqm of wooden deck and synthetic turf in which the heated pool (10x5m with a safety cover) is set will allow you to spend quality time in the summer. The garden planted with oaks and Mediterranean succulents, is an invitation to relaxation. This wooden house offers the level of comfort that will suit your needs. You can walk or ride a bike to the ocean (25 mins ride) or to the lake (5 mins ride), or go shopping to the closest minimarket (10 mins ride). Bike paths allow you to ride safely and protected from the traffic. The house is located 9kms from the town center and 30 kms from Arcachon and its famous bay and restaurants where you will be able to delight on local oysters. You will also be able to fish in the 3 lakes closeby, either with a boat or from the lake banks.
