This well-equipped, air-conditioned house is located 10 minutes from Ajaccio on a hill in Bastelicaccia. It offers quality comfort. On the south shore, the seaside resort of Porticcio is 6 minutes away. For waterfront dining, you'll be right where you need to be. A little further away, the heavenly beaches, with fine sand and turquoise sea, Isolella and Mare e Sole, jet skiing, kite surfing, or just relaxing.
You can also reach Ajaccio city center by boat from Porticcio. It drops you off right in the center, just a stone's throw from the market.
Five kilometers from the house, the Prunelli River, and, on the other side, the Gravona, which offers natural pools, all the way to the village of Bocognano, the Bridal Veil, and the Vizzavona Forest. In these inland villages, you'll discover a unique atmosphere, quality local produce, and a wide range of activities (tree climbing, hiking trails, etc.). 25 minutes away, Lake Tolla (boats, pedal boats, kayaks), via ferrata, and beach huts offer plenty of sights to see, whether you're spending a few hours or a day on the lake.
