In the heart of Arcachon Bay, adjacent to a villa, this recent attractive cottage (80sqm) with heated pool 8x4.5m, exclusively dedicated to guests, with safety rolling cover, giving onto a south-facing terrace (available from May 16 to September 26 for the 2020 season.
Located in a calm district, near all services. Fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 1 living room-dining room (large TV screen), walk-in shower and WC.
Private fenced terrace (facing east), equipped with garden lounge, deckchairs, barbecue and awning. Parking space inside property.
Personalized welcome, sheets provided and beds done upon arrival. Baby cot and bathtub, high chair.

Upon request, the house can be air-conditioned in summer (€40/week), free wi-fi.

Also available: bikes for all ages + a baby carriage, (200km of cycle paths around the Arcachon bay, only 300m away). Boat rides can be organized to bird islands, baie d'Arguin, and fishing and deep sea fishing, depending on season).

The cottage is ideally located between forests and beaches, 5 mins from a marina and less than 25 mins from the Pyla Dune, ocean beaches, Cap Ferret and Arcachon.
