The estate

La Cochardière is made up of two independent houses, which can be rented together or separately depending on your needs.
The Hibou gîte can accommodate up to 12 guests, while the Mirage gîte sleeps between 6 and 8 people. Together, the estate can host up to 20 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings, birthdays, group holidays or reunions with friends.
Each gîte offers comfortable, well‑designed living spaces with bright rooms, fully equipped kitchens, cosy lounge areas and well‑appointed bedrooms, ensuring everyone feels at home.

Reception room on site

A real highlight of the property is the independent reception room, available on request as an optional extra.
It is perfectly suited for birthdays, family reunions, small weddings, seminars, meetings or private celebrations. Set in a charming former stone building, the room combines character and warmth, with exposed stone walls and an inviting atmosphere — ideal for shared meals, family events or small private gatherings.

The longer you stay, the better the value. Rates decrease from the third night onwards:
