The Moulin de Tartay, built in 1874, is a former flour mill.
Classified as 4 stars furnished tourism accomodation.
Its millstone was driven by the action of water from an irrigation canal for the waters of the Durance. A house of 115 m2, two 60sqm lodges a 45 sqm one, are available to guests. resolutely focused on the comfort of people looking for authenticity.

Ideal for families (from 4 up to 14 guests in several accommodations), it nonetheless remains a place where each guest will find their balance. The accommodations are air-conditioned. Common areas exclusively reserved for tenants of the estate: heated swimming pool secured by wrought iron barriers, brazier, garden furniture, children's games (swings, trampoline, sandbox), swinging chair, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, football field, pétanque and beach volleyball court, a carport for two vehicles and free parking on the estate.

The proposed 115sqm house is for 4 people (possibility of an extra bed for a baby), independent and adjoining that of the owner on the first floor.
The accommodation is geared towards families with young children.

It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen. The dining room is in front of the Mill with its opened kitchen, with a large lunch table and a library with information on local and regional life.
The living room consists of a sofa and a fireplace, a small laundry room with a dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with new bedding from 2022: a large bedroom with a large bed for two guests, a large wardrobe, television, the second bedroom with two separate beds and a large wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a sink and a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

RESERVATION INFORMATION:

- Arrival from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
- Departure before 10 a.m. maximum.
- Flat rate for linen and obligatory cleaning fees in addition for each stay is €70 (included in the package: linen, towel and cleaning fees included).

The terrace must be returned to the condition of the day of arrival, in working order and cleaned, an additional charge of €50 will be applied if this is not the case. We do not provide beach towels for the swimming pool.

For a reservation request, we need a first and last name, a postal address, the number of adults and children (children's ages), an e-mail address and a mobile number to complete a seasonal rental lease.

- Deposit of 30% on D + 1 month of your arrival to validate and block the reservation. Payment for the stay is in full on D-1 month before your arrival.
*The refund will be full if the establishment is closed by the Vaucluse prefecture, or if confinement is resumed as announced by the French government.

- After receipt of the deposit by bank transfer, a copy of the signed seasonal rental lease will be returned to you by email.

- Mandatory deposit of €700 per stay (or a valid passport for our foreign guests) per accommodation returned at the end of the stay.
