The small village of Robion is 200m walk away from the house, via the small lane in front of the house. No need to drive your car to go shopping: in the village, you will find a bakery, a quality butcher's shop, a greengrocer, a small supermarket and pharmacies.
The property is set in enclosed grounds with an automatic gate. If you love wine, there is a wide array of wine houses offering a large selection of local wines and the house is equipped with a mini-cellar to keep them in the best conditions. The place is also ideally located, at the departure of many hiking paths, for walks or mountain biking.
For your comfort: large screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, you'll be able to listen to your own music thanks to the Sonos application. Also available an American pool table, workout devices, children's swing. 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned to sleep comfortably.
