Exceptional villa of 320 m² that can sleep up to 12 guests in maximum comfort. Ideal for family reunions or groups of friends.
The Villa includes 2 master bedrooms with terrace and 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds. Each bed is equipped with high quality bedding. Each room has its own bathroom.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with bed linen, towels and hairdryer.
Any additional guests? An annex adjoining the villa and consisting of a master bedroom, a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in shower and a toilet is available at an additional cost.
The villa has a 10x5m mirrored swimming pool heated to 28°-30° with an electric safety shutter and equipped with a system limiting the use of chlorine and chemicals.
The pool-house, its pizza oven and barbecue and the 45 m² covered terrace will allow you to make the most of the Provence climate.
The kitchen is equipped with a luxurious cooking range that will delight the chefs, as well as a complete range of quality appliances: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, KitchenAid, plancha, steam oven, low temperature oven, wood-fired pizza oven. To welcome you as well as possible, the basic necessities are at your disposal.
To avoid having to bring all the children's wardrobe in your suitcase, you will find in the laundry room 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, an ironing board and iron. The villa has all the necessary equipment for babies: cot, high chair, bathtub, pushchair and car seat.
Outside peak season, we can accept requests for a short stay or an arrival day other than Saturday. In this case, the rates are €1,500 minimum plus cleaning fees, tourist tax…
