This magnificent one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator can accommodate up to 1 couple and 2 children. You'll be captivated by its brightness, its location, and its large covered terrace overlooking the Arcachon Bay.

The residence is located 250 meters from Eyrac beach and the cycle paths that connect to the town center (400 meters away) on one side and the port and the Aiguillon district on the other. The train station is 700m away.

The accommodation:

One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.

A pull-out bed for two people in an alcove (unfolded to 160 x 200 cm).

The main living/kitchen area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining island for five people.
The living area features a large leather sofa with an armchair, a TV, and internet access.

This bright room opens onto a covered terrace facing northeast, with views of the Arcachon Basin. It is furnished with a summer lounge set, a large dining table, and an electric griddle.

A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet with a washing machine and dryer.

Sheets, towels, dish towels, and foutas are provided.
