Very convenient: living room facing the pool and barbecue, large garden, 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom (suite) + 1 shared bathroom. Maximum 6 people.

The villa is well-equipped: kitchen with dishes, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and hairdryer.

Linens and towels provided. Satellite TV (Europe + TNT) + Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.

Air conditioning and heating included up to 30 kWh; additional consumption is charged at €0.30 per kWh.

Ideally located, 5 minutes from the beaches (Casteló, São Raphaël, Salgados), near the small town of Guía, and 2 km from the Albufeira/Guía shopping center. Excellent restaurants and all shops are within 500 meters. Marine Zoo is 3 km away, and water parks are 6 km away. Enjoy stunning coastal scenery and a wonderful holiday in the sunny South of Portugal.

Prices are negotiable upon request. Special rates may be available for couples or long-term stays. We particularly welcome retirees staying for extended periods. Payment terms: 35% upon booking + 35% two months prior to arrival, or 50% for bookings made within 60 days of arrival, or for bookings of one week or more. The balance is due upon arrival. Air conditioning is included up to 30 kWh per week; additional usage is charged. €0.30 per kWh. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. Security deposit: €350 + €100 for end-of-stay cleaning. Cancellation policy: – Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival: no refund. – Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: refund minus 50%. – Cancellation more than 90 days before arrival: refund minus €150.
