Villa Sunset Uzès is located in the village of Saint-Maximin, on the hills overlooking Uzès.

Built in 2020, this modern, fully air-conditioned villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The spacious 80 m² living area (approximately 860 sq ft) enjoys stunning panoramic views stretching west towards the setting sun.

Outside, guests can enjoy two west-facing terraces, a private heated swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 metres (approximately 30 x 13 ft), heated from April to October, and an east-facing garden with a pétanque court.

Designed in a contemporary style, the villa features bright, open living spaces filled with natural light throughout the day. Its elevated position provides far-reaching views across the Uzès communal forest towards the Larzac plateau and Pic Saint-Loup. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed all year round.

For wine lovers, we offer a convenient in-house wine cellar service in partnership with Trésors des Vignes, a wine merchant based in Uzès. A selection of regional wines is available at the villa, ready to enjoy during your stay.

Alternatively, you can choose your preferred bottles before arrival and we will ensure they are served at the ideal temperature. Our partner offers access to more than 800 wines, champagnes and spirits. You simply pay for what you consume.

New for 2025: an electric vehicle charging station is available in the villa's garage.

As we live in the neighbouring property, we will personally welcome you on arrival and remain available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.

All rates include VAT at 10%.

Bed linen is provided, along with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. We simply ask guests to leave the villa in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, with the plancha cleaned before departure.
